For our individual clients, our services range from negotiation of severance agreements for corporate executives to prosecuting federal discrimination suits on behalf of low wage workers. We represent individual employees in litigation at the Massachusetts Commission against Discrimination and in state and federal courts.

We also have a large disability retirement practice, representing injured public employees before the Massachusetts Contributory Retirement Appeals Board. We are also experienced in representing public safety employees in overtime cases under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, and recently obtained a finding of liability for over 800 individual officers in a large case against the City of Boston.

For those who are faced with criminal accusations, we represent them through the crucial first stages of the investigation, all the way to the probable cause hearing.
