James Sweeney

Jim has practiced law in Massachusetts since 1978. A native of New Jersey he is a graduate of St. Peter's College, Jersey City, NJ and the New England School of Law.

Mr. Sweeney has recently become associated with the firm in an "Of Counsel" role. Jim will focus his practice in the area of personal injury law, including representation of police officers injured both on and off the job. In addition, he has extensive experience in the areas of civil actions, domestic relations, divorce and other Probate and Family Court matters, and real estate. He has tried cases in all of the Superior Courts in eastern Massachusetts and many of the District Courts. Jim's association with Sandulli Grace, PC gives us the flexibility to assist union members in areas other than labor and employment, further enhancing our goal of providing the highest level of services to all of our clients.

In his free time Jim is an avid sports fan and loves to read. He is a long time resident of Jamaica Plain.
